In Italy shipping costs €7 (€10 for Sicily and Sardinia), in Europe €10 and in the rest of the world €20. It's free on orders of €90 or more and with the Collagen PRO5 subscription.
In Italy delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, or 5–7 for Sicily, Sardinia and the smaller islands. When your order ships, you receive an email with a link to track it.
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. The available methods are shown at checkout.
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery by writing to customer@mialica.com. Withdrawal does not apply to supplements such as Collagen PRO5, to cosmetics opened after delivery or to orders of up to €50. You'll find all the conditions in the Refund Policy.
It's optional: on the Collagen PRO5 page you can choose between a one-off purchase and “Subscribe and save”. The subscription is for the 28-vial pack: you receive it every month, at a reduced price and with free shipping. From your customer account you can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel whenever you like.
