Drink it neat or dilute it in a drink: it has a neutral taste and won't change the flavour.
When to take it
Away from meals, at whatever time suits you. Picking a fixed moment helps you remember: first thing in the morning, for example.
If you miss a day
Nothing happens. Pick it back up the next day, without doubling the dose.
For how long
At least eight weeks: that's how long the clinical studies on Verisol® run, and the minimum time needed to judge the results. Keeping them takes consistency: Collagen PRO5 is designed as a daily routine, not a short course.

Collagen doesn't work in three days, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you a lie. These are realistic timescales, based on the duration of the clinical studies on Verisol®.

The Verisol® studies run for 8 weeks and record the first effects on hydration from week four. In the first two weeks it's normal to notice nothing: that's the point where most people give up.
Yes. Verisol® is a bovine-source bioactive collagen.
No. The product is gluten free and lactose free, and contains no GMOs.
As with any food supplement, during pregnancy and breastfeeding we recommend asking your doctor first.
Collagen PRO5 is a food supplement: do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one vial, and do not use it as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It contains bovine-source collagen. If you are on medication, have a medical condition or already take other supplements, talk to your doctor before you start. Keep the product out of reach of children under three years of age.

The subscription is available for the 28-vial pack: you receive it every month, at a reduced price and with free shipping. We remind you 3 days before every delivery: from your customer account you can skip it or pause the subscription.
